enjoyable environment for all players across games like BGMI, Free Fire, Free Fire Max, COD
Mobile, and Ludo. To maintain integrity and ensure a level playing field, all participants are
required to follow our Fair Play Policy. Violation of this policy can result in penalties,
including disqualification, temporary suspension, or permanent banning from the platform.
1. Honesty and Integrity
- No Cheating: Using any third-party tools, software modifications, or
exploitations is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, hacks, cheats,
scripts, or mods.
- No Exploiting Bugs/Glitches: Players should not exploit game bugs,
glitches, or loopholes to gain an advantage. If you find a bug, report it to us immediately.
- Anti-Collusion: Players are not allowed to form alliances, share
information, or collaborate in a way that gives unfair advantages in solo tournaments.
2. Account Authenticity
- One Account Per User: Each player must use only one account for
participation. Multiple accounts, smurfing, or account sharing is strictly forbidden.
- Genuine Profile Information: All players must use accurate information,
including age and location, in their profile. False information can lead to
disqualification.
- Device and IP Monitoring: For transparency, we may monitor the IP and
device you use to participate, ensuring fair access for all.
3. Respect and Sportsmanship
- No Harassment or Toxicity: Disrespectful, abusive, or toxic behavior toward
other players, spectators, or moderators will not be tolerated.
- No Discrimination: Racist, sexist, or any form of discriminatory language
or behavior will lead to immediate disqualification and possible banning.
- Good Sportsmanship: Treat others with respect, win or lose. Gaming is about
fun and fair competition.
4. Privacy and Security
- No Doxxing: Players must respect each other’s privacy. Sharing personal
information about other players is prohibited.
- Data Protection: Kingsleyer Tournament will keep player information secure
and private in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
- Personal Accounts: Do not attempt to hack or access any other player’s
account. Unauthorized access will be considered a severe offense.
5. Match Rules and Regulations
- Follow Game-Specific Rules: Each tournament has its specific rules (e.g.,
no teaming in solo games, limited weapon types, etc.). Players must read and follow these
rules.
- Match Integrity: Do not attempt to influence the outcome of a match by any
means other than your own skill.
- Disconnections: If you face technical issues, it’s your responsibility to
ensure stable connections. Kingsleyer Tournament is not liable for connection drops or
hardware failure during the game.
6. Reporting and Investigation
- Reporting Violations: If you witness any suspicious activity, report it to
us with as much detail as possible. Reports will be kept confidential.
- Investigation Process: We will thoroughly investigate reported violations,
and actions will be taken based on evidence. This may include temporary suspensions during
the investigation.
- Consequences: Violations of this Fair Play Policy can lead to penalties,
including match forfeiture, disqualification from the tournament, and potential permanent
bans.
7. Appeals and Revisions
- Right to Appeal: Players have the right to appeal against any action taken
due to alleged violations. Appeals must be made within 48 hours of the decision.
- Policy Updates: Kingsleyer Tournament reserves the right to update or
change this Fair Play Policy at any time. Changes will be notified to players via app
updates or announcements.
By participating in any Kingsleyer Tournament event, players acknowledge and agree to
