participation in a tournament (e.g., payment issues, app crashing, or server downtime), and
it cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a full or partial refund may be provided.
- Tournament Cancellation: If Kingsleyer Tournament cancels a tournament due
to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund for that tournament.
- Changes in Tournament Timing: If the tournament schedule changes
significantly after a participant has registered, and the new time is inconvenient, a refund
request may be submitted.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- User-Initiated Cancellations: If a participant chooses to withdraw or
cancel their registration after joining a tournament, no refund will be provided.
- Cheating or Violation of Rules: If a participant is disqualified or banned
due to cheating, using unauthorized software, or violating the tournament rules, they are
not eligible for a refund.
- Connectivity or Device Issues: Kingsleyer Tournament is not responsible for
user-side connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or other personal technical problems
that prevent participation.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Reach out to our support team within 24 hours of the
tournament issue. Please include your user ID, tournament details, and the reason for your
refund request.
- Verification: Our team will review your request, verify the details, and
determine if it qualifies based on our refund policy.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business
days. The time may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
5. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of registration. We are
not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
